Counter Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA takedown notice, you may send us a written counter-notice with the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

We will process counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA and may reinstate the content upon verification.
